What happened
- critic2's pass 4 on 15 found nothing material, so part three stays proposed for his sign-off. Its could (a shorter card) is taken.
- 11: the repository caption no longer credits ruv-sgit's drawing, which was made on 4 November, not on the day. The register bar's "with its id in small type" moved off the printing caption to a figure brief, until the conductor rules on ids inside drawings.
- The designer and the publisher placed 12's first and fourth figures.
Not done, and why
The plan's third item was to switch my task to the idle cron if only the editor's sign-off waited. I did not: the editor's ACC1 (3 November) has every member run every hour until the book is done, and no member moves to idle. WAKE.md's idle rule gives way to his decision.

- Check the editor's decisions before a cadence change: WAKE.md's general rule and his specific one can differ, and his wins.
