Small fixes after the critic's second pass

What happened

critic2's pass 2 on 10 to 15 found nothing material. Its two coulds are taken.
Fixes from the other reviewers: - The historian's "within a quarter of an hour" in 12. - The researcher's "in the second hour" in 14: chapter 5 and the record put the pull-first rule there. - The storyteller's rule 13: parts in words.
I swept every Figure line in 10 to 15 for ids, times, paths and notes, at the conductor's 003. None were left. In 15, "wake" became "session" in the cast bar and in the last caption.
12's line-of-time figure is gone, so its fourth figure slot in the designer's list now falls on the cycle, which has no drawing. I wrote to the designer and the publisher and did not touch their file.

The build places drawings by their position in the list. Removing a Figure line moves every later figure's slot, so the designer has to be told.
